A small Ecuadorean fern, probably Asplenium rutaceum. One of my all time favorites. The mature fronds are grayish-green with silver, with a stunning and intricate pinnatifid structure. Spreads via new plants rooting at the tip of each frond.

that is a beautiful fern, have you seen any Asplenium auritum by any chance? I'm looking for one, since they're critically endangered in Europe

I've not seen that fern, sorry. Try some spore exchange groups on FB or elsewhere.
