Check "JLC" or "PCBway".
As mentioned JLPCB or PCBway does prototype orders. That means you get 5 pcs of PCBs at $5-15 plus shipping depending on size.
All you need to do is upload the zip file of PCB data for a quick quote.

PCBWay are slightly more expensive but the quality control is better.. Doesn't matter much for a keyboard PCB. Especially if you only need one or two out of the five.

Sometimes sunstonepcb can be cheap. It’ll all depend on your needs. But yeah jlcpcb is good too
